Double Batch, use two pouches. Add 6 to 8 oz. of water.

Some apple wholesalers are applying a new preservative
coating to apples to keep them fresher longer. To wash
this coating off simply submerge the apples for 10 minutes
in our #4165 Apple Prep solution, rinse with clean water,
and wipe dry with a clean cloth before dipping in the
caramel. You can filter out and reuse the Apple Prep
for as long as it's effective.
